June 5th - Education Advocacy Day
Good Schools Pennsylvania held our 2007 Education Advocacy Day on June 5th in Harrisburg. Hundreds of advocates went to Harrisburg to meet with their legislators and hold a rally in the Rotunda.
The solution to the school funding problem in Pennsylvania cannot be solved unless legislative champions are cultivated and dedicated to the cause. The problem is too large for one community to solve on its own. That is why citizens from across Pennsylvania to came together and send a message to their legislators.
Thanks to all of our advocates that made June 5th a huge success.
